Refunds/Exchanges/Returns Policy

Important note before exchanging or returning pants

Your pants must be returned and exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Please note that your pants should not have been worn, used, or washed. If we receive the pants that are not in their original condition, we will not accept it and it will be returned to you at your own cost.

If the size or length of the pants received does not fit as expected, do not worry! You can exchange it for a different size or pant length or return the pants. Just follow the instructions below:

  1. Make sure you meet all our criteria. We cannot exchange or return items that do not follow these criteria.
    1. You have 30 days after reception to send it back.
    2. It must be in its original condition.
    3. It should not have been worn, used, or washed.
  2. On a paper, write the following information about your order below.
    1. Order Number
    2. Buyer’s Name
    3. Email
    4. “EXCHANGE” or “RETURN”

For an exchange, please write exchange, for return, please write return.

  1. Prepare a package with the swimsuit and the paper. Used an envelope for cheaper shipping price.
  2. When your package is ready, go to your local post office and send the package to us.

**Get a tracking number! We will not be responsible for any lost packages.

**Only use your local post office to send back merchandise. Ie. Canada Post.

  1. We will send you an email upon receipt of your package and with the instructions on how to reorder the new size or model that you want.
